Clifton Moor Dental Care, York

We transformed an empty building into a state of the art dental care facility. Managing the project and covering all works whilst providing services to the 9 surgery rooms, with DB Dental applying the fixtures and fittings. This project was carried out for a client who wanted optimal patient care, this reflecting in the finishes and designs, from LED recessed lighting in the ceilings to Venetian plastering. Cedarstone construction were proud to provide a high end finish and services to a comfortable and inviting environment for patients to enjoy for years to come

Extension, Idle, Bradford

Existing conservatory removed and replaced with a new extension opening up internally to allow the existing kitchen to flow better with a much more comfortable living space.

Garage Conversion, Calverley

Kitchen Conversion, Queensbury

Kitchen project involving the removal of the existing conservatory and construction of a new rear extension with a modern flat roof and skylight. Structural alterations included the installation of steel supports and removal of the internal pillar to open up the rear of the property. The project was completed with a full kitchen and utility renovation, creating a bright and functional open-plan living space.

Bilton grange, Harrogate

Full refurbishment converting a 2 bed into a 3, layout changes to make the existing bathroom bigger and adding the 3rd bedroom. Extension to the rear opening up the existing kitchen with general building works throughout.

Nabwood, Bradford

A full refurbishment was carried out on this project, loft conversion formed to add additional bedroom. Ceiling raised and open plan kitchen formed. Rewired and new boiler and flooring fitted throughout.

Scarcroft, Leeds

Kitchen refurbishment requiring structural works to open and make better use of the space, downstairs toilet relocated. Paneling throughout kitchen and into newly fit utility, new downstairs WC and media wall to lounge area.

Calverley, Leeds

​Refurbishment involving adding a dormer, loft conversion to create a office, bedroom and en suite, structural works to create a bigger kitchen and open up the hallway. New mains board and boiler and flooring throughout

Main Rd, Kildwick

This project involved removing the existing boot room extension, re building a bigger more practical space including a downstairs WC. We also had adaptations in the existing utility, new roof works to the covered yard and structural opening alterations.

Honesty Dental Care, Shipley

Building works undertaken to create a new surgery room, 1st fix works for services to a new dental chair, plastering and decoration works, with plumbing and electrical adaptations . 

HMO - Stanningley Rd, Leeds

This project involved converting a run down domestic terraced property from 4 bedrooms, to a 6 bed HMO all with en-suites. This involved a thorough refurbishment, including structural works throughout, and tanking to the basement to create a open plan kitchen, dining and living space.

The Bolton Woods Centre

Recently completed was a full refurbishment of the Bolton Woods Centre, transforming the space into a modern and practical environment for the local community. The project included the creation of five new office spaces, a fully fitted kitchen, and a multi-functional events hall.

Works also involved complete electrical and plumbing upgrades, alongside a full internal redecoration throughout the centre. The finished result is a refreshed, contemporary space designed to improve both functionality and overall appearance while better supporting the needs of its users.

Calverley, Leeds

Refurbishment undertaken to open up an existing kitchen and alterations to existing utility on a timber framed house. Steel posts added to carry joists above, new LVT flooring throughout the ground floor. New boiler and mains board fit.
